Outreach Ministry Serving Those in Need
To reach out in the love of Christ, to ministries and organizations outside the parish, by the sharing of time and resources to those in need. We will bless those who, in the cause of Christ, are caring and ministering to others less fortunate than ourselves, and those who are in the mission field working to share the Gospel with others.
► Research existing outreach ministries in all four geographic focus areas. ► Make recommendations to the Vestry for direction of outreach funding. ► Educate the congregation as to the outreach opportunities. ► Prayerfully consider implementation of a local outreach project for St. John’s (one that is not being addressed by other groups in the area).
